The Uru Guild of Writers is making fan-created ages, some of which have gone through the process of testing and were approved for inclusion in Uru, even on the official server. Approved fan ages include a library/hub called Chiso Preniv, a Guild of Messengers pub, a memorial age, puzzle ages Elonin [which is fantastic, BTW] and Tiam, and the first result of the 'Intangibles' project - Kalamee, which used old Cyan concept art and design docs and built Cyan's partially-made age out into a completed and quite substantial Uru age. So that is a third fan age with puzzles in it and it is pretty solid! There are also garden ages - like Serene, Tre'bivdil, Eder Naybree, Veelay Tsavahn. Eder Naybree in particular has a few neat secrets to discover of its own and a day/night cycle too!
Much credit to people like Doobes (Patrick Dulebohn) who made multiple beautifully crafted fan ages, all the other fan age creators, and Adam Johnson, who created Korman, the toolset built into Blender that allows creation of fan ages for Uru.
I'm slowly developing five fan ages for Uru myself (hoping for inclusion in MOULa, hopefully someday I'll have my fan ages on the official Uru server but it's a long shot and much still needs to be done!)
The fan ages include a remake of the existing Uru fan age some have loaded into Uru:CC called "D'ni Temple: Area One" and it will be expanded to contain a second area. There's also a thorough and very ambitious reworking of Sevkor, with intent to make it more efficient and acceptable generallyin texturing/lighting methods but still look amazing. There's Eder Vikae, inspired by old Cyan Vika concept images from an early 'test age' they never felt was good enough to include in Uru. There are two others as well, Nay'elas and Alepahnay.
I have quietly been digging through CalumTraveler's tutorials and other tutorial material relating to Blender/Korman and am learning a lot as I work on this. It's been a lower-end priority so it moves slo w but it is moving nonetheless and I'm still hopeful for a release in about a year and then we'll see how people respond to that.
But right now I will close, knowing that the ending has not yet been written.
